If you make a referral to us
If you complete and return the application form asking the Charity for help, or email us with any other request or communicate with us in any manner, you can rest assured that we are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. We do not gather any information from this website.
We only use your information internally within the Charity to process referrals and do not pass your data to third parties. The Child Funeral Charity will only disclose your personal information when required by law. Information about cases that we deal with is kept securely for 7 years for audit purposes, to meet financial requirments, and is then destroyed.
We enforce a strict ‘Anti-Spam’ policy that means we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party without your consent. If you have requested for example, flowers or orders of ceremony that are provided thorough one of our supplies, we pass some details to them to fulfil your request. These companies are all GDPR compliant. The Child Funeral Charity will not send you emails that you have not agreed to receive.
